Demolition of the existing late Georgian building to make way for the new energy efficient 32-bed care home in the pleasant area of East Molesely near Hampton Court, with extensive associated communal facilities, gardens, and Electric Vehicle Charging parking. All care bedrooms were provided with underfloor heating, power and energy efficient LED lighting with ensuite bathroom with a walk-in-shower and carefully arranged in groups that share a 'country style kitchen', lounge, assisted bathroom and quiet room.
