Demolition of the last existing late Georgian building to make way for the phase 2 development of high energy efficient 59-bed care home near Hampton Court, with extensive associated communal facilities, gardens, and Electric Vehicle Charging parking.

All care bedrooms were provided with underfloor heating, power and Part L compliant energy efficient LED lighting with ensuite bathroom with a walk-in-shower and carefully arranged in groups that share a 'country style kitchen', lounge, assisted bathroom and quiet room.
